• The base, rear base and oscillating barrel components are made of heavy die-cast aluminium, with thickened reinforcement bars at the bottom to ensure the flatness of the base mould installation position, and high precision CNC machining of the whole base to enhance the casting accuracy and texture;
• 120 x 160mm seamless steel square column is used for the body of the machine to enhance the mechanical strength of the column and stabilize the welding quality;
• Digital pressure display, double throttle valve design, can adjust the cylinder rise and fall speed separately to improve production efficiency;
• Integrated double solenoid valve design, cylinder stroke 100mm, welding stroke (0-80mm) can be adjusted to improve welding efficiency and quality;
• Body, vibration cylinder heavy linear slide bearing, intelligent electric control lift, minimum working air pressure <1bar, stronger stability and higher precision;
• New flange design, transducer connection using high-frequency joints, 360° rotating alignment, front panel, column with a scale, accurate and fast mold adjustment;
• Automatic frequency sweeping function control module, frequency search width 2KHz, strong compatibility of the transducer system; automatic periodic scanning of the resonance point of the transducer system to compensate for the frequency shift of the transducer system due to temperature changes.
